3, Product Description:
N- Butylscopolamine (N- Butylscopolamine Bromide) is white crystalline powder, which is known as Bromide 6β,7β- epoxy-3a-hydroxy-8-butyl-1αH, 5αH-tropane (I) -tropionate. Odorless or almost odorless. This product is soluble in water or chloroform, slightly soluble in ethanol. Specific curl This product was taken, accurately weighed, dissolved in water and diluted quantitatively to make a solution containing about 0.1g in each 1ml. 4, Use of the product:
1. Used for the treatment of various causes of gastrointestinal spasm, gallbladder colic, renal colic or gastrointestinal peristalsis hyperactivity. It can also be used for uterine spasm.
2. Preoperative preparation for fibroendoscopy of the stomach, duodenum and colon to reduce intestinal peristalsis.
3. For retrograde endoscopic cholangiopancreatography to inhibit preoperative or intraoperative intestinal peristalsis.
4. Air-barium hypotonic imaging or abdominal CT scan of the stomach, duodenum, and colon to reduce or inhibit intestinal peristalsis.
5. Matters needing attention:1 The drug should be discontinued when allergic reactions occur with this product;
2 This product should not be used for patients with gastric ulcer, because it will slow down gastric emptying and stagnation of gastric contents, which will aggravate the symptoms of gastric ulcer;
3 It is forbidden to be compatible with alkali, iodine and tannic acid.
4 This drug is easy to inactivate in alkaline solution, avoid using it in combination with alkaline solution.
5 Be careful to avoid nerves and blood vessels when injecting subcutaneously or intramuscularly. If repeated injections are required, do not inject them at the same site, but alternate injections left and right.
6 The speed of intravenous injection should not be too fast.
