5.  Product characteristics:
The product is white or quasi-white crystalline or crystalline powder; Odorless or almost odorless. The product is slightly soluble in methanol, slightly soluble in chloroform or ethanol, insoluble in water or ether. miconazole nitrate is an antifungal agent, which can inhibit the growth of most fungi. It is highly sensitive to blastomyces and Histoplasma, and is also sensitive to Cryptococcus, Candida and Coccidiococcus. By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, it can inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main sterol in the fungal cell membrane, and damage the fungal cell membrane and change its permeability, so that important intracellular substances leak out. It can also inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal triacylglycerol and phospholipids, inhibit the activity of oxidase and peroxidase, and cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in cells, leading to cell submicrostructure degeneration and cell necrosis. Candida albicans can inhibit its transformation from spore to invasive hyphae.

10.  Amount of usage:


1. Intravenous administration: for the treatment of deep mycopathy 1 The daily dosage was 600 ~ 1800mg (10 ~ 30mg per kg body weight), divided into 3 times. For the treatment of blastomycosis, 200 ~ 1200mg can be used daily (course of treatment is 2 ~ 16 weeks); In the treatment of candidiasis albicans, 600 ~ 1800mg (1 ~ 20 weeks) can be used daily. Cryptococcosis can be treated with 1200 ~ 2400mg per day (course of treatment is 3 ~ 12 weeks). The treatment of coccidiosis is 1800 ~ 3600mg per day (course of treatment is 3 ~ 20 weeks). Treatment can be started with a small dose (200mg) and then increased according to patient tolerance. Care should be taken in large doses. The dose was diluted once with isotonic saline or 5% glucose injection, and the infusion time was controlled for 30 ~ 60 minutes.

 

2. Local administration: it is often used as a supplement for systemic administration. The reference dosage is as follows: Bladder perfusion: 200mg once, 2 ~ 4 times a day, and the injection is diluted. Sinus tract infusion: 200mg once, twice a day, directly injected (without dilution). Tracheal infusion: 100mg once, 4-8 times a day. The injection can be diluted with 3 times of isotonic saline and then dropped or inhaled by spray. Infected wound: lavage the wound once to twice a day, take the injection and use it after appropriate dilution. Intrathecal injection: 20mg (injection 2ml, undiluted) once for 3-7 days. Vaginal penetration: take one suppository every night, inserted deep into the vagina, usually for 10 days.
